Regular Tuition

• The fee for representatives of Institutions & private practice Professionals is $2,500. (USD). Send three representatives for the price of two.

• The fee for individuals not representing organizations is $2,500.

• The fee for individuals representing unions is $2,000.

Time-Limited Tuition Discount

$2,000 if non-refundable deposit or full tuition is received on/before June 29 for July session.

$2,000 if non-refundable deposit or full tuition is received on/before August 24 for Sept. session.


Payment is by check/cheque. Institutions and unions may pay by credit card.

Deposit is $500. Balance is due on first day of University.

If you unable to attend for any reason, payments will be applied to future University sessions. Sorry, no refunds.

Travel, lodging and meal expenses are the responsibility of participants.

Right of Refusal

Participants must be approved by the hosts. We reserve the right to refuse a seat to any individual. Before registering, understand clearly what University does provide and what it does not.
